Our 4 week Beginners course involves a weekly session and is the ideal way to experience Capoeira for the first time. With no experience required, it is accessible for anyone aged 12 or over irrespective of fitness level.
The weekly sessions will introduce the basic Capoeira movements in a fun and interactive environment, and everyone can progress at their own pace. Once completed participants who wish to continue can join the regular classes.
The course will run weekly from Tuesday 8th October from 6pm - 7.30pm and costs only £15!
